Everyone ar DirectBuy has been so helpful. I am renovating an entire house and quickly realized that making selections became very overwhelming. I solicted the design services of Lauren D'Addario to help in my selections. This service was well worth the money as Lauren was very knowlegable on all of the products and gave me options. i felt lost before and she helped me make decisions in a very effective and efficient manner.

We are currently building a home and have been using DirectBuy for our cabinetry, as well as other items. We have approximately halved our cabinetry costs by using DirectBuy versus using our contractor's custom builders!!! We have worked with Kristen Jarvis who has been tremendously patient, helpful, and professional. She delivers prompt service and always with a courteous, friendly, and positive attitude. She has been a true pleasure to work with and nothing is ever too much to ask. All other staff ath DirectBuy of Albany have also been extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. We have nothing but "kudos" for how they train their team and handle their customers!

Travis knows how exciting it is to receive merchandise, so when my wireless headphones arrived, he contacted me immediately to let me know the good news. He enthusiastically presented my delivery and explained that everything had checked out fine. I love that someone at the club personally verifies my order before it comes to me. I always feel confident when I make a purchase through DirectBuy, I know if I had any issuees, there will be a reliable staff to find a solution. By the way, I saved $125 (more than I paid for them) which totally justified buying another for my Dad's birthday!
